CSIRT

Each EU member state designates at least one CSIRT responsible for receiving incident notifications and coordinating response to significant incidents. In some countries the CSIRT and the competent authority are the same organisation; in others they are separate, and the reporting channel — usually a national portal — must be identified before an incident, not during one.
