Supervision

The NKSC (Nacionalinis kibernetinio saugumo centras, under the Ministry of National Defence) is the authority and CSIRT. Entities are identified and registered through the national process, with methodical NKSC guidance.

What is specific to Lithuania

Lithuania folded NIS2 into an already defence-anchored cyber framework; the NKSC publishes concrete technical requirements (organisational and technical measures decrees) that give Lithuanian compliance a checklist character.
