Supervision

The URSIV (Urad Vlade RS za informacijsko varnost, Government Information Security Office) is the competent authority; SI-CERT is the national CSIRT. Entities self-identify and register with URSIV within the statutory window, with duties phasing per the transitional provisions.

What is specific to Slovenia

ZInfV-1 is a full rewrite that also carries national classification of entities and detailed governmental decrees on measures; Slovenian entities should watch URSIV's decree schedule, which staggers when the measure sets bind different classes.
