Are the packages available now?

Yes. All three tiers are on sale and delivered instantly: you pay once, get a private download page by email and keep the editable files. The AI Act phases in between 2 February 2025 and 2 August 2027, and the documents are written against those deadlines.

What formats are the documents?

The same as our NIS2 packages: editable Word documents for policies and procedures, and Excel workbooks for the inventory, risk classification and registers. Nothing is locked, watermarked or tied to a platform — you download the files, put your own name on them and keep them.

Do the packages cover both providers and deployers?

Yes, but at different depths. Starter and Professional are built around the deployer situation most companies are in: knowing which AI systems you use, classifying them, and documenting oversight, transparency and data governance. Complete adds the provider programme — technical documentation under Annex IV, conformity assessment, the EU declaration of conformity and post-market monitoring.

Does the upgrade credit apply here too?

Yes. The same rule as NIS2: 100% of what you pay for a smaller package is deducted when you move up, so starting with Starter never costs you more than going straight to Complete later.
